As the Ass. Director and Educational Leader at Early Foundation Childcare Craigieburn, I am proud to share our vision of creating a nurturing and high-quality early learning environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to explore the world with confidence.
Our approach is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and enriched by Montessori principles, enabling us to support each child in developing confidence, curiosity, and strong foundations for lifelong learning.
At the heart of everything we do are our core values—respect, kindness, safety, belonging, family partnership, and integrity. These principles shape our daily practices, our relationships with children and families, and our commitment to providing meaningful early learning experiences.
